I called last Thursday, mid afternoon, they were there Friday to inspect and back that afternoon to replace our exterior faucet that had been leaking. It looks great, and they gave us some feed back on a couple other issues we were having. Pricing was far better than other quotes we received. Would recommend if you’re not a plumber yourself and need professional guys to come out and help you.
